As Mobile Payment Full Service Enabler PEACHES offers the connection of Merchants to “mpass”, the widest-reaching Mobile Payment product in Germany, and the related transaction processing.

PEACHES AG, listed on the Frankfurt and Berlin stock exchanges, acts as holding company within the group. Its objective is to maintain and expand its leading role in the Mobile Payment market with strategic partnerships and investments.

The Payment Service Provider

PEACHES GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of PEACHES AG. As payment service enabler (PSP), PEACHES GmbH holds all relevant contracts and patents for mobile payment and billing via mobile device. PEACHES GmbH is an mpass-partner and holds contracts with Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone and O₂. Furthermore it holds patents for the mTAN-procedure, which is part of mpass. Within the group, PEACHES GmbH is in charge of processing mobile payment transactions.

The Enabler for Mobile Payment

REA Mobile GmbH is the Merchant Acquirer within PEACHES Group and closes the contracts with business customers for the implementation and processing of Mobile Payment. With its partners, REA Mobile GmbH has access to 80 salespeople.

REA Mobile is a Joint Venture of PEACHES AG and REA Systeme GmbH, which is part of REA Group.

REA Group is one of the market leaders in production and sales of card readers in Germany and has extensive access to merchants in the business sector.
